How long do they work? Plates have been in use for 30 years (1971) and have still the same effects as on the first day.

All plates raise the vibrational state of energy of the human body.

To carry along, there are e.g. small discs (amulets, Ø 2.7cm, in the Chacra colors, or Ø 3.6cm, in purple). You can put them on a necklace, in your wallet, your purse, in a bag, in your shoes... They are used also for Feng Shui. And there are also the creditcard-sized plates (8,5 x 5.5cm). To energize crystals, put them on a purple plate for about 12 hours. Place them beneath sick house plants, or water sick plants with water which you have energiezed on a plate overnight.

Crystalium disc against EMR, electromagnetic radiation! They can be attached to the rear of cell or cordless telephones and to the transformer of lamps. They can also be attached to all four corners (or inconspicously to the sides) of computer monitors.

The large plates (21 x 21cm) with their very strong energy field can be used e.g. in the refrigerator, under a container with vegetables, under a beverage jug, under the mattress etc. Place grocery bags of food on the large plate for approximately 15 minutes, to "clean it" energetically and load it with positive life force energy.

Coasters (Ø 9cm) for bottles, glasses, cups or pots, e.g. to improve the energy of beverages (2-3 min.) are also available (individually or in the set of 6 or 7 pieces).

The color plates (8,5 x 5.5cm, creditcard size!) can be used very well for Chacra-work, e.g. with the color set or the color collection.

In general these small (8,5 x 5.5cm) plates can be used in the same way as the large ones. For certain uses (e.g. placing one on a part of your body that hurts or carrying one in a purse) the small ones are handier.
